The label for this single comes in two versions: one with "The Parlophone Co.Ltd - etc." printed on the outer perimeter; the other with "The Gramophone Co.Ltd".

The photo was taken on 24 April 1965 at the London suburb of Strand-on-the-Green, Chiswick during takes for Help!
"Help!" / "I'm Down" was also manufactured in Congo, the former Belgian colony, on the "His Masters Voice" label. It was pressed under license from the Gramophone Co. by Ecodis in Léopoldville (now Kinshasa).
As far as we know, this is the only Beatles single to have been manufactured in Congo and the only Beatles single anywhere to have been issued on "His Master's Voice".
